The Lavender Street of Singapore

Experience our all-year summer of Lavender Street Kombucha, a tribute to cherished memories. This unique kombucha is a delicate dance of floral Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis), the zing of juice and zest of Lemon, and a subtle hint of French sea salt to round out the flavors.

Inspired by our humble beginnings at a ferment station on Lavender Street in Singapore, this blend captures the essence of those early days. It's a taste that brings us back to the corner of the coffee roastery of Puck Provisions, where we first shared our craft with a community.

Taste our memory. Savour the moment.

Lavender Fields

Like the ancient lavender fields of Provence in France, farmers in various regions have cultivated this fragrant herb for centuries, prized for its floral and soothing scent, and used for medicinal purposes. Lavender originated in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and India around 2,500 years ago, deriving its name from the Latin word "lavare" (to wash). Ancient civilizations valued it for fragrance, medicine, and as a cleaning agent. Romans used it in baths and for clothing, while Greeks used it for medicinal purposes such as easing back pain and insomnia. During the Middle Ages, monks cultivated it for healing, and by the Renaissance, it was a popular fragrance and insect repellent. Today, lavender remains popular in aromatherapy, skincare, culinary uses, and as a symbol of wellness.
