Shipping policy

At Amanita Kombucha, we're dedicated to bringing the freshest fermented beverages directly to your door in Singapore. We understand the unique nature of our living products, and our shipping process is designed to ensure their quality and your satisfaction.

Order Processing & Local Delivery (Singapore)

All handcrafted orders are processed within 1 day (Monday to Sundays). Orders placed by 6PM SGT are typically dispatched for next-day delivery. Deliveries occur Monday to Sunday for most products.

We deliver island-wide in Singapore, with the exception of restricted areas (e.g., military bases, certain offshore islands). If you are unsure, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

A flat delivery fee of S$15 applies to all orders. We offer complimentary delivery for orders over S$149.

Packaging

Our fermented beverages are carefully packaged to maintain its integrity and freshness, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on Sunday to receive your order. If no one is present, our delivery partner will leave the package in a shaded and secure spot if deemed safe. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage if the package is left unattended for an extended period.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Due to the perishable and live nature of our fermented products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
