Custom-Made Products: No Returns or Refunds Policy
Due to the unique nature of our original hand-crafted kombucha, all sales are final. As each batch of kombucha is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or ruined during delivery. If you receive a compromised product, please take a photo and email us. We will replace it free of charge as soon as we receive your request.
We create a unique blend of ingredients designed to reaches its highest nutritional potential, which can diminish over time. Our handcrafted kombucha uses premium, organic ingredients that, while more costly, provide superior flavor and numerous health advantages. Each batch is brewed fresh, and to fully enjoy the taste and benefits, it is best to consume it promptly after production. Furthermore, our kombucha is a product of artisan craftsmanship, making every bottle a one-of-a-kind offering. Therefore, we do not accept returns. This policy is applicable to orders specifically made for individuals that cannot be easily resold or have been custom commissioned.
Proper Delivery and Condition of Kombucha
When you place an order for our kombucha, we take great care in packaging it to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For bundle orders and larger quantities, your bottles will be securely packed in a sturdy hardcover box. For smaller orders, we may package them in a bag and deliver them directly to your door. All orders are delivered by our designated delivery person to guarantee secure delivery, and occasionally, you might receive a surprise delivery from us!
If your kombucha arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
