Low Sugar. Rich in Probiotics. Organic Ingredients.
This non-pasteurised raw kombucha is brewed with an organic blend of high mountain teas from Taiwan and raw organic sugar. During its second fermentation, it’s infused with a vibrant mix of watermelon, raspberry, raspberry leaf, and peppermint.
The name Beauty of the Harvest draws inspiration from the Chinese phrase “我的美人” (wǒ de měi rén), a poetic pun on the word for watermelon that translates to “my beauty.” This brew celebrates the hydrating sweetness of watermelon, a fruit cherished in traditional Chinese medicine for its cooling and cleansing properties during hot, humid months. It’s known to quench thirst, support urinary flow, calm digestive discomfort, and ease signs of internal heat such as irritability or fatigue.
Raspberries add a bright tartness and a rich red hue thanks to anthocyanins—antioxidant pigments with anti-inflammatory benefits. Their fruit sugars and acids complement the brew’s natural fermentation, while also supporting heart health and oral wellness in traditional herbal uses.
Raspberry leaf, often overshadowed by the fruit, has long been valued for its medicinal properties, particularly in supporting women’s reproductive health. It also acts as a gentle astringent, helpful for digestive complaints and externally as a wash for eye or skin irritations.
To complete the blend, Peppermint brings a cooling lift and digestive ease. A natural hybrid of spearmint and watermint, peppermint is rich in volatile oils that help alleviate bloating, gas, and cramping. It stimulates bile flow, calms gut spasms, and soothes an irritated bowel, making it a refreshing end note to this well-rounded kombucha.
This creation is a seasonal symphony of fruit and herbs, crafted to hydrate and delight.
