Workshop Details:
Duration: Approximately 120 minutes
Location: Our workshops are held at 33 Desker Road, in Farrer Park neighbourhood. Should there be any change to the location for specific sessions, participants will be informed in advance.
Minimum Participants: Please note, a minimum of 12 participants is required for the workshop to commence. Invite your friends and let's get culturing!
Important Note: This workshop is a deep dive into creating Probiotic Kombucha using authentic culturing techniques. You'll discover how to create truly medicinal beverages that are low in harmful byproducts and packed with health-promoting qualities. We will illuminate the critical distinction between fermentation (which can produce ethanol) and true culturing (which enriches with beneficial bacteria like Lactobacillus acidophilus and vital B vitamins). You'll learn how to cultivate yeasts and beneficial bacteria from high-quality tea, without any harmful additives or chemicals. This knowledge is not just a culinary skill; it's a fundamental aspect of food as survival and a step towards being less reliant on a system that has no interest in you learning these vital skills.

Workshop Minimums & Cancellations:
Our Kombucha workshop requires a minimum of 12 participants to proceed. A decision regarding workshop commencement will be made 5 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the workshop will be cancelled or rescheduled. In such an event, participants will be notified via email and WhatsApp (or Telegram). You will be offered a choice of:
- A full refund of your workshop fee, OR
- Transferring your registration to a rescheduled date or a future workshop.
Please note that Amanita Ferment Station is not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation, in the event of a workshop cancellation.
Payment & Refunds:
Your payment method will be authorized upon registration. Payment will be captured once the workshop is confirmed to proceed (i.e., when minimum participant numbers are met). If the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment before payment capture, your authorization will simply be voided, and no charge will be made. For any refunds processed, please be aware that while you will receive the full amount paid, the original credit card processing fee charged by the payment gateway is non-refundable per industry standards.
