While our journey began with kombucha, our passion has grown into something much larger, and we are proud to introduce The Amanita Collective, a family of brands dedicated to the ancient arts of crafting, preserving, and healing through nature's wisdom.

 

Our collective brings together three unique yet interconnected brands, each with its own focus on conscious craftsmanship:

Amanita Kombucha: The original heart of our craft. We continue to specialise in artisanal kombucha, a tea-based intentional brew that infuses both flavour and nutrients from botanicals, showcasing the depth and versatility of fermentation. Our kombucha invites you to explore the world of fermented beverages that support a healthy gut microbiome. With each batch, we brew with the intention of healing, restoring balance, and strengthening the immune system, guided by nature’s wisdom.

 

Amanita Apothecary: This is where our knowledge of botanicals and traditional healing truly shines. We craft small-batch products—from potent herbal syrups and remedies to herbal teas—using high-quality herbs and spices sourced all over the world. Amanita Apothecary is our way of sharing the deeper stories of healing found in the plant world.

 

The Ferment Station: A space dedicated to a wider range of fermented foods and beverages. Here, we explore the vast possibilities of fermentation beyond kombucha, crafting a range of probiotic-rich foods that nourish and delight, including krauts and hot sauce. The Ferment Station is a celebration of food preservation as a living, dynamic art form.


Our Process and Sourcing

Our kombucha brewing process begins with care and intention, starting from the source. We use high-mountain teas grown by farmers committed to organic practices, free from pesticides and synthetic fertilisers. We kickstart fermentation in our brews with either raw, organic sugar or natural sea salts rich in essential minerals. Each batch is a story—steeped in ancient roots, guided by integrity, and nourished by nature. Through this craft, we share the healing power of botanicals and the beauty found in flavour complexity.

Local sourcing is at the heart of our mission. We partner with gardeners who create harmony in their ecosystems through companion planting, attracting pollinators and natural pest control allies. Their expertise in soil health and biodiversity ensures our herbs are potent and grown with care and wisdom. Together, we nurture a more sustainable and resilient food system. To complement what we grow locally, we also source from international growers who cultivate the finest organic botanicals and spices—those not feasible to produce in Singapore but essential for sharing deeper stories of tradition and healing across continents.
