About Our Craft

At Amanita Kombucha, fermentation is more than just a technique—it’s an ancient tradition rooted in food preservation and the nourishment of families and communities. We specialise in kombucha, a tea-based brew that infuses both flavour and wellness, showcasing the depth and versatility of fermentation. Our kombucha invites you to explore the world of fermented beverages that support a healthy gut microbiome. With each batch, we brew with the intention to heal, restore balance, and strengthen the immune system, guided by nature’s wisdom

Our brewing process begins with care and intention, starting from the source. We use high-mountain teas grown by farmers committed to organic practices, free from pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. We kickstart fermentation in our brews with raw, organic sugar rich in essential minerals. Each batch is a story—steeped in ancient roots, guided by integrity, and nourished by nature. Through this craft, we share the healing power of botanicals and the beauty found in flavour complexity.

At Amanita Kombucha,
local sourcing is at the heart of our mission. We partner with gardeners who create harmony in their ecosystems through companion planting, attracting pollinators and natural pest control allies. Their expertise in soil health and biodiversity ensures our herbs are potent and grown with care and wisdom. Together, we nurture a more sustainable and resilient food system.

To complement what we grow locally, we also source from international growers who cultivate the finest organic botanicals and spices—those not feasible to produce in Singapore but essential for sharing deeper stories of tradition and healing across continents.

We’re brewing connection
—back to nature, to the source of our food, to ancient wisdom, and to the communities that sustain us. Rooted in self-sufficiency and natural healing, our craft is a bold invitation to awaken food consciousness and rethink our relationship with the living world in today’s society. It reminds us that how we nourish ourselves shapes our bond with the Earth, our bodies, and one another.
